Clinician Consultation: We can assist Virginia clinicians with their military clients through case consultation. Dr. Lemich’s has consulted on over 20,000 military counseling sessions and is a leader in interpreting psychological norms for military members.
Testing
Psychological Testing: We can assist you and your therapist through advanced psychological testing. At our location, we can assess for most psychological conditions including ADHD, PTSD, bipolar, personality disorders, and psychosis. During the assessment you will complete a historical interview followed by a series of psychological evaluations. Dr. Lemich will then meet with you again to go over the results. During the process you can choose to either have a Clinical Summary, a VA Disability Letter, or have Dr. Lemich do a consultation with your therapist or medication provider.
Letters
VA Disability Letter (for active duty and under one-year veterans): We can provide you with a letter containing the relevant information needed to supplement your VA disability claim. This letter contains your diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment recommendations. It also connects your symptoms with your service, if relevant. This service can be used as a stand-alone service or be paired with psychological testing to achieve the best results.

NEXUS Letter (for veterans who have been out of active duty service for more than one year): This letter is a compilation of your medical history that explains the connection between current mental health conditions and your military service. This letter is a standard document for a veteran to file a mental health disability claim. Each letter includes an advanced psychological examination, a detailed history taking, a thorough examination of your medical records, and interviews with Dr. Lemich. This attention to detail ensures the VA is fully aware of your conditions.
